Day 1:  Small Table "BEFORE"

Sorting began with pile from chair

Done, table CLEAN & accessible!

 

All piles

removed

from table;

  bulk of papers stored in box.

Remaining

items on table

organized.

 

 

Files created for cabinet

Day 2:  LOTS of mail and envelopes                to open, sort, label and file

Began sorting & labeling on table, but soon ran out of room; papers spanned three (3) years.

12 inch ruler

Note ruler deep in box; started with pile on right side 

Utilized temporary file holder to continue organizing.  At end of day, created more folders for file cabinet. 

Day 3:  Completed job with pile from                  left side of box
